A young couple, newly married and ensconced in a recently renovated spanish-style abode, approached Lindsay to help create a cozy and practical dining area in their home that was suitable for entertaining family and friends as well as comfortable for working from home. Custom cabinetry painted in Farrow & Ball’s ‘Blue Gray’ provides seating, storage, and interior architecture. Roman shades are made up in a casual neutral linen; the oversized rattan pendant balances out smaller ceramic sconces, made for the project in Portugal, and rush seating on iron frame dining chairs.
